"I called State Farm looking to get a quote on my homeowners policy because I my homeowners was scheduled to go up 20% for the second year in a row. I ended up talking to Jared about the policy and not only did I get a better rate for the homeowners, I learned a lot about what my existing policy and the shortfalls in it. He went through my entire house from all the upgrades to the house to make sure I was covered to the estimated replacement cost should be. He informed me that not all company cover full replacement cost. I later went through my auto with him and end up switching both policies. He was great to deal with and very informative."

"Agents were very responsive that would be indicative of good customer service that I look forward to as we continue our policies and procedures. The singular draw back to the experience is the lack of a secure digital payment engine option. I was not entirely comfortable in giving my credit card # over the phone. There is a better way, perhaps a payment engine or PayPal. Overall good experience."
