"Agents were very responsive that would be indicative of good customer service that I look forward to as we continue our policies and procedures. The singular draw back to the experience is the lack of a secure digital payment engine option. I was not entirely comfortable in giving my credit card # over the phone. There is a better way, perhaps a payment engine or PayPal. Overall good experience."

"I was referred to Bryan Michael State Farm by a family member who personally knows Bryan and has had a great experience with the insurance he and his office provide. I initially filled out a quote request online for auto and homeowners insurance and was contacted by Jared the next day.
